Basic Introduction
My father collected pocket knives- got my first bowie hunting knife when I turned sixteen but I think I did not appreciate it as I should have. I love art and knife-making is an art.

I’m working towards producing handcrafted perfection to the likes of our own South African makers, Kevin and Heather Harvey, Neels Van der Berg, Stuart Smith, and some of the legendry makers worldwide, Jim Bowie, Bo Randall, RW Loveless, and R Lake (Father of the Modern Day Folding knife) All materials are sourced from reputable suppliers in South Africa. Heat-treating for Carbon steel is done in-house, and Stainless steel at Böhler Industries and Damascus is done by the legendary Stan Hohowsky from Eyrie Forge.
The future
Hope to be a Cape Guild member by 2025 – just before I go on pension.
